How long is this going to last?

Ok, we all got what we wanted, CVH reunion, but how long is this reunion going to last? In the press conference Dave said “there will go to the studio to record an album and will be other tours to follow this" and Eddie called Dave his "brother". I can’t see this lasting more then 4-5 months, something is going to happen and Dave and Eddie will be at each other’s throats and Dave will get the boot like past times. It will be another Hagar 2004 and won’t even make through the leg of the tour.

Remember Dave is the odd man out, since the rest of the band members are family.

Ed must have really felt something to refer to a person he's hated for 23 years+ as his "brother". Perhaps it was Dave who saved his life by getting him to straighten himself out and he knows this only too well.

These guys have been rehersing since October, IMO they have probably worked out their differances by now. DLR, EVH and AVH have to relize that this is the last hooray. If it falls apart it will be the last of all of them. No one would ever take them seriously again. They stand to make a shit load of money if they hold it together. I'm sure EVH would like to start off Wolfs career on the right foot. I wouldn't be surprised if they travel with some kind of mediator who can step in if things go bad. They wouldn't be the first band to do this. Apparently the Eagles traveled with a referee the last tour because no one in the band could get along and hated each others guts. These guys aren't stupid. This is the last chance for them to do a big arena tour. That is unless they come out with a new killer album next year and follow it up with another tour. I,m more excited about a new album then the tour.

I miss Lounge...

He got pissed off over the HOF fiasco and you know what he did? He stopped posting as much. You might catch him here or there once in a great while, but for the most part he just walked away from something he didn't seem to have faith in anymore.

He's not on here trolling, fussing, garbling, spewing venom. He's just went on to things that interest him leaving behind the stuff that doesn't.
