    possible tour competition

    When Van Halen tour, who thinks Sammy & Mike will tour at the same time, starting at the opposite end of the country?
    Oh, you can throw in Gary, Extreme if he's back in... either with Mike & Sam or with his own tour.

    Just a thought of possibility... Mike's attempt at revenge... to tour at the same time as Dave and the family.
    Not saying it would be successful... just a thought for the day.

                  Jamming a tripod up the ass of Laura Branigan's rotting corpse and propping her up in front of a microphone would be more competition than "The Other Half", "The Wabos", or any of the half-assed bands that Sammy throws together on a whim.

                  And to invoke the name of Gary Cherone....that's even more ridiculous. Barry Manilow is a bigger threat.

                          The Sam & Mike tour will probably attract less people than they normally do. I think some fans were going just to hear some VH music live, and now that the real thing is back (or close to it) they'll go see that.

                          For Michael Anthony to ever be valid again, he needs to come out with an album of original music. Tour in support of said album, then, and only then should he maybe throw in a couple of old VH songs.

                              Just the notion that ANYTHING Hagar and Anthony could possibly think of doing would even cause a millisecond of worry in the 2007 Van Halen camp...anyone entertaining that train of thought needs to put down the tube of airplane glue they're sniffing.
