Who will win the NFC East?

Eagles - McNabb stays healthy, they win the division.

Cowboys - Defense should be strong, Romo is still unknown to me, to much credit last season for too little done.

Giants - Manning has to take the next step because the defense has stepped back.

Washington - Campbell improved, but how improvedis the defense and pass rush?

Cowboys will win. The eagles have 1 good player on offence, and just cut their Defenses leader.

Which good player would that be?

Pro Bowler McNabb or Westbrook?

And the Cowboys have T.O. and .... who?

Dallas will win the East. It will be a dog fight with Philly though. McNabb, Westbrook, LJ Smith, Brown, Basket and Curtis, not to mention a stellar O line. I hate the Eagles, but I got to give props and resepct where it is due. Jim Johnson will also have the Defense playing well. On the other hand, Dallas has TO Terry Glenn,Crayton, Witten, Barber and Jones with Romo lokking excellent this preseason. Dallas also has an O line that people are now calling a strenght to the team. I look forward to another battle in the NFC East.

while the homer in me wants to say the skins, i can't in good conscience.

Cowboys will win it. Should have lsat year. I'm glad to see Parcells go. Game passed him by when he was coaching the Jets. He was worthless IMO and I've been a fan since '75 and sat through some pretty shitty seasons.

Cowboys seem to have the necessary weapons and hopefully a coach that knows how to use them.

I still think Marion Barber sho8uld be starting at HB

McDrab will choke once again though now he's running out of people to blame his shortcomings on. He's been overrated since day one. I have yet to see his worth.

Eagles pretty much won it last year by default. SOMEBODY had to win it.

Romo is still a question mark. T.O. will have some kind of melt down and ruin things because that is how he is.

Eagles are strong as long as McSagg is healthy.

Cowboys all the way this year.

to, glenn, witten, and a dominant defense.

philly has a questionable mcnabb and a solid westbrook, but he isn't dominant

I picked the 'Skins out of loyalty. But they'll go 9-7. They always find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. :D

Campbell overthrew that deep ball to Moss to ice the game, but he should continue to get better throughout the season. Dallas owes the Skins some payback.

yeah he should. that first pass (completed) to moss was solid. as was that long pass that cooley dropped on the first series.

campbell may never be brady, but he's a huge step up from mark brunell.

at least opposing safeties have to respect the deep threat again.

Exactly! It doesn't matter what either teams record is, both teams are always up for the game. It is a hell of a lot better when both the Boys and the Skins are fighting for the division though. One of the best and most classic NFL rivalries of all time. With that said, Go Boys!

He should have been starting last year from game 1. I got my eye on the Skins, obviously. I know you have to be as excited as I am with the Cowboys. Good luck.

As excited about the Skins as I am about the Cowboys is what I meant to say.

heh heh. yeah, believe it or not, i'm not exactly grinning from ear to ear that the boys are the highest scoring team in the league so far...;)

but yes, while most of me wants the cowboys to have that magical 0-16 season, there is nothing like the skins/cowboys football rivalry. and it's not a rivalry if the games don't actually mean anything. (and yes, i was in pain over that 13-0 or whatever streak the cowboys had over us those 6-8 years...)

winning the division would be nice. but it's definitely better if it's winning it from the cowboys.

but, the REAL important thing here is that whether we hate or love the skins or the cowboys, we can all agree that philly fans suck...:D

Come on man, how do you REALLY feel about the ole' Redskins.

Tell you what...How about a little friendly wager on our first meeting: you're a Dallas fan, right?
Let's say we win: you shave an eyebrow.
Let's say you win: I shave an eyebrow.
We will figure out proof of shaving later.

(If by chance you have an unibrow the whole thing comes off. Pulled that one off once in the army. Funny as hell!)

What do you say my Roth Army cohort?
