Give me the pro scoop. Had a set of Earnie Ball gauge 9 on my Strat. Popped th D string so I bought a set of Gauge 10 and am going to replace them all. In your experience what is the best string to use?

i like darco's cause they're cheap.
put on a set of 11's, much better tone
got a set of elixir's on the acoustic,
they're GRATE!!!!!

I'm a D'Addario man myself. I absolutely HATE GHS Boomers, and I haven't had much luck with Ernie Ball's or Dean Markley's either.

When I was a kid, I used to buy Fender Super Bullets.....which is just laughable to think about now. Of course that ended once I actually knew what in the fuck was going on.
