Metal Mind Productions has announced the re-issue of two classic Diamond Head's albums: Borrowed Time from 1982 - one of Diamond Head's most intense productions, taking the listener on a journey through fascinating arrangements and enchanting melodies - and Canterbury from 1983 - the album featuring a drastic style-change, as the band decided not to limit themselves to the heavy metal genre and incorporated many hard rock ideas into the record. Diamond Head to this day remains a living legend of the NWOBHM genre. Both titles will be released on the 15th October 2007 via Metal Mind Productions.

Diamond Head's Borrowed Time will be released as a limited edition of 2000 numerated copies featuring the following tracks: 'In The Heat Of The Night', 'To Heaven From Hell', 'Call Me', 'Lightning To The Nations', 'Borrowed Time', 'Don't You Ever Leave Me', 'Am I Evil'. Bonus tracks: 'Trick Or Treat', 'Dead Reckoning', 'Shoot Out The Lights', 'In The Heat Of The Night', 'Play It Loud' (live), 'Sweet And Innocent' (live), Interview with Sean Harris and Colin Kimberley by Tommy Vance recorded in June'82.

Diamond Head's Canterbury will be released as a limited edition of 2000 numerated copies featuring the following tracks:

'Makin' Music', 'Out Of Phase', 'The Kingmaker', 'One More Night', 'To The Devil His Due', 'Knight Of The Swords', 'Ishmael', 'I Need Your Love', 'Canterbury'. Bonus tracks: 'Makin' Music' (extended), 'Sucking My Love' (live), Andy Peebles Interview incl. 'To The Devil His Due'.

That's what I thought, I've been waiting for years for something like this. The buzz doesn't seem to travelled far on the net yet though...

I`ve had them for years on CD but the transfer is shitty.

Looking forward to a decent remastering job and a deluxe booklet.

Just like they did with "The white album".
