Depends on whether your state requires party registration or not.

Mine doesn't, so I'll vote in a Republican primary just for the Hell of it. Like in 2000, when I voted for McCain, because any vote against Chimpy is a good vote.

Since the Democrats use the caucus process in this state to elect delegates, it's completely plausible that I could attend my Democratic caucus and vote for Kucinich (or Gore, if he jumps in) and then vote for Paul in the primary.

I've actually been considering that for some time. Even more so, now that we have Thompson running on Chimp-like stupidity, Romney running on Chimp-like corporatism (with BCE money), and Rudy running on 9-11 whorism that actually surpasses Chimpy's.

So a vote for Ron Paul in the primary would still be a vote against Chimp, even though he's not running.
