Crazy From The Heat audio book

did the book ever surface online or in stores, I remember some clips posted on Dave's old site from Slawterhouse but that was it.
Anyone shed any light on this ??

My scientific wild assed guess:
Dave had enough audio to do another book. What got printed was the abridged version of all the audio he'd created. Chapter 1 happened to be verbatim.
(Of course, I'm sure I'm completely wrong. Dave probably has an audio of not only the book but of Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, Heart of Darkness, and Catcher in the Rye!)
