Well, on that recommendation I think I'll get it! I've got all of their albums, but I have to say that I haven't been that impressed with the two "comeback" albums, the last one in particular.

I was planning to give this one a miss, but will definately pick it up now.

They suck balls without my bud ZETT on the vox!!

Steve & I went to hs together & we still gig weekly, so I've always got his back!!

He's actually lost about 60 lbs & is looking GREAT these days...

That's my major criticism too. It's hard to change the singer in a band and still keep the same "sound" or identity. To my ears, Exodus have lost it a little...

I'm not that huge of a fan, so I didn't realize that the vocalist had even changed (very casual listener).

In it's own right, the album is great

I ain't the biggest "thrash" fan either, but after "attending" hs with, & gigging with the originators of the genre (Testament, Exodus, Laaz Rockit et al..), it kind of starts to grow on ya...

"Thrash" started in my bay area hometown of Dublin, CA...

The original vox-man, Paul Baloff, died in '02 -- he'd actually been replaced earlier (in '86) by Steve "Zetro" Souza, an "OG" patnah from Dublin...

I guess you probably know that Kirk Hammett was also a founding member 'til he left in '83 for Metallica...not a big fuckin deal in my book, but 'gospel' to others...

Saw Exodus w/Souza on the Fabulous Disaster Tour (I think) with Suicidal opening.

I thought Tempo Of The Damned was pretty good.

I'll def check out the new one.

                      Thrash rules period.

Probably my favorite metal style. (Obviously)

Their earlier records are all amazing: "Bonded by Blood", "Fabulous Disaster", "A lesson in Violence"...

                        Thrash classics.

"Fabulous Disaster" was a kick! The "Toxic Waltz" video used to get tons of play on MTV...
Zett told me that something like five ambulances had to be called during filming!!!
