The b/w reverse stripe VH1 guitars look cool, but I'd just build my own.

          Possible reason for tuning issues,.......

some agent backstage throwing Ed his two nightly signature "played once," retirement umbrellas.

The corporatism of rock is the downfall of the game.

However if I was Ed I would do the same thing.Cash on hand Baby!

It does take away from the quality of the show due to a cold guitar, You know they warm up and sound different..

It does ad value to the original Frankenstrat..

It also ads value to the guys who play the same guitar all night and weekly and really have a feel for the one that makes the show happen.

I also like the black one and would love to get the rest of the band to sign it ..yeap!

I own the infamous "Hamilton" smashed guitar! After neck transplant surgery, the guitar is as good as new and now has real character! Playing a tune on ea while on tour is a great way to unload 40 (maybe 100 by tour end..) or so of the "Art Series" backstock, now that the Fender Frankenreplica is on the market...

I guess it's capatalism. Ed get's what the market will bear. All I ask is he plays his ass off in Vegas for us.
