Van Halen Rumored to Be Extending Tour, 11/1/07, 9:25 am EST


Van Halen’s current reunion tour — which is slated to end December 30th — may continue well into 2008. Though the band has yet to announce dates for another leg, they have rescheduled last Sunday’s canceled St. Louis date for March 30th, leading to predictions of an extended run.

They're in negotiations with the arena in Little Rock. Definite second leg.

they may announce the second leg in a couple weeks when they visit the Sirius Radio studio, that would be sweet!!

I can't imagine them not doing at least...LEAST...one date in both states...

For fucks sake, they could do three dates in Florida, easy, in Jacksonville, Miami and Tampa.

Jesus, just the thought of trying to get tickets for this thing now gives me a fucking headache, and this is coming from someone who got his 1984 tickets by going down to the local Ticketron outlet at 4 in the morning the day tickets went onsale just so I'd be there as soon as those box office doors opened...

I mean, having to compete with a bunch of overpaid yuppies (who probably don't even know more than 5 or 6 CVH tunes at best) looking to scoop up all the best seats not because they have a great love of the band but just because it's the hot tour to see this fall...sweet fuckin' jesus!

Actually I was being specific, I should be in the US in January,
and I would love a gig somewhere in the south... :D

Then of course the major capitals in OZ !!

Then an album,

Then perhaps a public apology from Eddie and Alex
for ever recruiting Sammy...

Then Wolf inviting Mike along to Jam, like an
atomic Punks gig, let him play a couple of numbers..

That would just about finish off the Van Halen chronology

ok local live nation guy was hinting at VH hitting Tampa in March , more recently they are now saying VH in Florida in February ( which would make more sense) stay tuned .
