Difficult to say what would need to be done differently.

Every so often a new forum will be created. Some take off, some don't. Such is life. At one point there were so many dumb fucks showing up and clogging up Main with "Dave sucks" or "Dave is gay", but they seem to have been dealt with as of late (either corralled to the Sheep Pen, or I'm plain just not bothering to notice them).

The whole nonsense of Joe Thunder is seemingly in the rearview mirror now.

About the only thing I've seen, and have mentioned this before, is sporatically I'll scroll through the member lists and notice a SHITLOAD of members who joined shortly after the site was reopened nearly 4 years ago and haven't posted once. That they're not purged serves no other purpose than to pad the membership roll...I dunno, it just LOOKS bad to have what I'd bet are at least half of the registered members not even contributing so much as a LICK to the discourse around here (such as it is).
