Sounds like Faith No More fronted by a young Geddy Lee.

A very interesting band. The Rush influence is definately there, especially in the weird and winderful lyrics.

All of their albums have been consitently strong, and they have a very strong following over here, although I can't say that I really dig 'em: I think that they're one of those bands you have to spend a lot of time listening to before you finally "get" it.

They are one of those bands that people either love or hate, and each side is vehement in their views.

It'll be interesting to see if they have any admirers around here....

Coheed is a pretty good modern band. The Suffering is a good song too. If you like Faith no More and Geddy Lee, then why wouldn't you like them?

I don't hear the Faith No More influence, maybe it's just me. I definately hear Rush though.

I guess you're either going to like that voice, or you're going to hate it. I think their albums will be growers....

They're from around my part of NY and my friend auditioned for them on bass last year. Didn't get the gig, but I thought I'd share it in this thread.
