Allright, now it's about as fucked up as possible.
It's what all the naysayers to the current system feared would happen, and it did. I, for one would prefer a playoff system in NCAA football as opposed to what's happened this year.
And I'm a Buckeye.:D
#1 Missouri gets knocked off hard by Oklahoma, and the #2 W.V. team dropps one to Pitt.
Va Tech wins the ACC by beating BC, but was waxed by LSU earlier this season, who never lost a game in regulation, but has 2 losses.
Hawaii squeaked past Washington and is as far as I know the only ranked undefeated team. But no way!
USC wins the Pac 10, but has losses to Oregon and Stanford.
It's too bad what happened to Oregon because they could be there.
That would be the equivalent to OSU losing Troy Smith last year.
Shit-he didn't show up for the Gator game. Heisman jinx.
Now for the next month all the sports talking heads will be crying that
there's no championship game in the Big 10.
That's bullshit. It's called the OSU-Michigan game. Every year.
And the Buckeyes lost at home to a #17 Illinois team by 7.
So who gets in? Who lucked out, and who gets screwed again this year?
