Although this is a success, it's not about the numbers, it's about the rock n roll.

Numbers, Schmumbers.....VAN HALEN is ONLY worth their weight in Millions as long as David Lee Roth is part of the equation. :)

The Fans have Spoken.... Think the Sistas get it RIGHT NOW?

I would assume it's gross, not net - meaning it's before they pay out expenses. I can see this tour easily hitting the 75-80 million mark by the time it's all wrapped up. That's a helluva payday no matter how you split it.

That's just about 1.5 mil per show. Think about this: You know Ed is gonna hold Wolf's money, too, which I think had a lot to do with this tour happening to begin with. So, Ed is fucking cleaning up BIG time.

...Eddie is Janie's employer too (She wouldn't have VH as an exclusive client, otherwise...), so I wonder how many Millions she made?

Great numbers.

I'm sure if the tour started when it was supposed to (late Spring), VH would've gave the Police some good competition (at least in North America).

Many critics are even claiming the VH tour with Dave better than the Police outing, despite the ticket sales difference.

I'll meet him for a fight, as long as he brings her along.

It's hard to compare stadium shows to arena shows. Every Police show has at least 4 to 5 times more people, so of course they're going to rake it in.
I'm sure a reunion of the original 4 could have done stadiums, but I really wouldn't want to see VH that way...

Van Halen has a PayPal account so you can just give them your hard earned cash.

Considering the high demand and the speed with which some shows have sold out, I'm sure VH could have filled select stadiums in major markets. With or without Mikey Wikey.

Van Halen 2004 was an insult. Thats the only tour i never went to. I can go to a bar and watch a drunk play for free. Or i can sit in front of a mirror. Why would anyone pay for that?
