I watched a show on San Lucas and Cabo Wabo on discovery
channel this week.. Naturally I thought they would show the
temple of the short fat Van Gaygarians......

Nothing ????????

The rest of the place looked quite reasonable, nice tropical
type getaway....

And the cabo chant at the end... with God telling them to go to Mexico!!

Clearly Eddie was too fucking wasted to make any decisions for the band...

What a fucking joke...

The announcer even said, "Van Halen's first club CABO WABO..."

Another example of Hagar's influence over the band.... that nearly ruined them!

I was on the phone with a client yesterday who asked me if I was going to the show on the 7th. He said that he saw VH back in '94. To which I responded, "you haven't seen Van Halen, sir". He said, "yeah, I know, I saw Van Hagar. But I'll tell ya, that guy screaming for 2 hours was pretty impressive." I responded.....(get ready to be proud of me folks) "You'd scream too if you had Eddie's and Alex behind you for almost 10 years."

He laughed so hard that he almost pissed himself.
I love my job. :)

Even this current version of Van Halen at their worst is far better than having to contend with Van Hagar.

If the price to be paid for Roth rejoining was the ousting of MA, so be it.
