It might not necessarily be the end of Van Halen, though.
Possibly Ed just needs a rest. Or another stretch of drying out.
And there's the possibility that the band could take advantage of the down-time to come up with some new material...at the very least, the tour proved that Roth and EVH could work together again.
It's just kind of a real shame Ed started to disintegrate a bit live as the tour went on, because those pre-tour rehearsals and the first half of the tour saw him coming on like gangbusters, ya' know?Scramby eggs and bacon.Comment
