They (Corporate) call black radio IE Hip Hop stations urban radio.

I think what he is saying is that the cool hip hop station in his local urban city played -Jump- for the first time.
He wants to have us listen to this new tune, he just got turned on to.

Or maybe it was a discussion by a round table type group of dj's or other personalities within the city limits and played on the Radio?
Perhaps there is a stream link at the radio station somewhere so we all can listen?
