    Like Townsend said.....I f Keith had done a drummer album, instead of thinking he could do a Beach Boys album.....now that would of been interesting....having typed that.....it wasn't awful.....

      Thing of it was that by that point (1974) Moon was becoming more known for his outrageous antics than his drumming, and moving to LA didn't really help him...or many of the other musicians of his caliber who found their way to la-la land in the mid 1970s; the parties and indulgence were more interesting than the music.

      Same what happened to Moon. Particularly the last couple years of his life, when he let the booze overtake his talents.

        I agree, He also should have made an album with drums upfront, wipeout type of stuff,

        I lost a lot of respect for the guy when I read that he never used to practise or keep a kit at home.

        A real shame.
