Peter Hook still fucking kicked ass in new order.... even though his bass is watered down with shitty synth!

Peter Hook is the greatest bass player of all time!!

He's definitely in the top 10. Definitely the best of that synth-pop era. As good as John Taylor was, his bass playing was still buried under all the keyboards. Not the case with Peter Hook. His bass lines were the backbone of most of the Joy Division & New Order songs.

Did you ever hear his early 90's side project "Revenge"?
