This is a clip from a few years ago, displaying some more odd Japanese "entertainment". A guy in a striped jacket walks up to unsuspecting people and screams at them. Surprisingly enough, no one bothers to turn around and beat him senseless.

In America we don't laugh or try to scare our children, we just laugh when they wipe on their skateboard or get smashed in the nuts...watch Americas Funniest Videos, Whacked Out Sports, etc...

I think we should incorporate both...scare a kid on a skateboard until he falls and smashes his nuts = pure adult comedy :)
