I'm reading CFTH at the moment, only roughly halfway through, but I don't get the bit about 'Untouched By Human Hands'? Could someone please explain?? Cheers.

To me, it means "get creative". If you want to sell this lemonade find a way to get people's attention.

You'll have a better chance at selling it and maybe everyone will have some fun while you're at it.
