Possible they are having trouble counting the money they brought in from the tour and don't want to deal with all the hassle of even more money from a new CD or DVD!

This morning I saw this and thought to obtain an answer, so I did call and spoke to EVH directly.

Yes he says, there is new music. In fact, don't be shocked, but he told me he has ten albums, in the can.

A groundbreaking development to be sure, but don't get too happy. There are no vocals on 'em just yet. Apparently he's told Roth to get his ass up there, so things have to wait.
