I don't dig celebrity fanboys who stick up for celebrities. But there's no reason to mock them. And even if his family are famous and crazy too, they're still people.

This is fucking horrible.

General Jacko jokes are sometimes acceptable. It varies. But him joking about his own death on his deathbed is taking it a tad too far.

And now this....

LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― Michael Jackson's died of a lethal level of propofol -- a powerful anesthetic normally excluded for use in hospitals -- when he was in found unresponsive in his home on June 25, according to a search warrant released Monday. The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide, a law enforcement official said Monday.

The finding makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician who was with the pop star when he died.

The official says the coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died in his rented Los Angeles mansion on June 25. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released. Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol in Jackson's system along with two sedatives, the official says. The search warrant unsealed Monday allowed officials to raid Murray's Houston offices and storage facility last month.

The warrant also says Murray told a Los Angeles police officer he administered several drugs to Jackson the day he died, including 25 milligrams of the sedative, which he gave intravenously, but that he never ordered, purchased or received any of the propofol. Instead, Murray claims he found about eight bottles of it in Jackson's home along with numerous other vials and pills.

Murray will be arrested within two weeks -- and possibly as soon as next Wednesday -- according to a FOXnews.com report, which cites an anonymous law enforcement source.

Really too bad for Murray in a way; no, he shoudn't have administered those drugs to Jackson, but the truth of the matter is if he hadn't, Jackson would have found another doctor who would have.

Homicide? More closer to assisted suicide. You can't save someone from themselves.
