People are going because it is so controversial!!!
Most of the shit talkers will be at the concert, specifically to see Ed, Alex, Mike and to see how bad Sam is. So why pretend that you aren't going. Especiallly now that they have a new CD coming out and all the controversy that is buzzing on this site. They will definately make a million or two on the CD. They will make a boat-load on the tour.
