Great sounding amp. I'd take one of these any day over Ed's Fender 5150 mach3...

Ironically, I just finished reading Rudy Sarzo's "Off the Rails" last night (picked it up the day before)...great book. Highly recommend it.

I've heard this before too, but it's always cool to actually hear Randy's voice...

A couple of my friends and I got his autograph and had the honor to speak with him for a couple of minutes when the Diary Tour came to my hometown...I'd just started playing guitar, and he was extremely nice, encouraging, and funny....sadly he was gone a little more than a month later...the autograph is still one of my most prized possessions. :notworthy:

I wouldn't call it a great book. :)

I think the best way to describe it is it's a book written by a rock musician for whom English is a second language and who is now a born again christian. :)

It's funny reading between the lines.

"Sharon very kindly kept my royalties safe whilst giving me money to buy shoes" kind of thing.

Haha, I agree...

I have the book and I had to put it down after a few chapters...

I'll admit to a little bias on the subject. ;) And he's not preachy at all in person, I can attest.

Both he and Dubrow have (had in Kevin's case, R.I.P.) some great Rhoads stories. Not all of which made the book.
I'm really interested to see the documentary.

And he wasn't getting "royalties" since he didn't play on any Ozzy album 'til Speak of the Devil...

Well ok wages then.

I'm a big fan of early Ozzy so I read the whole thing but Rudy makes Dan Brown look like a potential Nobel prizewinner for literature.

I too am a huge fan of early Ozzy, but I didn't go into it expecting a literary masterpiece... ;)

Cool twist on Randy's solos...

:elvis:

That almost makes me believe in reincarnation.

But why would Randy come back as a Japanese dude, you ask?

Well that's easy..... it's the only way he could hear his own fucking Quiet Riot albums as they were originally recorded.

I knew this existed back in High School as a VHS mailorder bootleg list someone would stuff in the lockers over the weekend school was out.

It was available from New Jersey for like $25 which was like a month's paper-route pay.

I am so glad to hear some of it for free finally, can't wait to spend time listening to it.
