                  not to make excuses but this was Ed's low cocaine/booze point. he's almost a skeleton. Al's nostrils looked pumped up and ready for some nasal ufc.

                      Without Dave they'd have broken up and gone back to college, or become a two-album SoCal Garage act that had a WB deal "back in the seventies", then gone on to a career in something like used auto sales.
