From Loose Change to Making Change

From loose change to making change

This is not your Thome imaginary “fight the power” lip service. Officers across Russia are testifying to corruption they have seen and been required to take part in as part of their work environment. Considered norm and part of the working environment, police officers in Russia historically has dealt with perverse corruption. Police officers across the vast and great country of Russia are documenting what they have seen, done, heard, know of, experienced and lived through.

They are using youtube.com as a safe guard to make a change. They are outlining who, what, where, when, why, and how. The officers are also providing documentation to the corruption they have witnessed, experienced, or took part in. By detailing the evidence they have, what they know, and then placing it in the public domain of youtube, gives prosecutors probable cause in many cases. It also is a better assurance that even if the officers themselves are killed in the line of duty, the files and information is available for when or if needed.

It is not loose change any longer, the officers are making change.

To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.
