                  I you want to avoid a terrorist attack you secure the borders and stop pissing the islamic world off by filling the middle east up with US troops. You don't go after small terrorist groups by taking over whole nations and blowing the places up and killing civilians. As far as why the borders are open and we arrest border patrol agents is the CIA want's to bring drugs into this country so they can add the money to their secret budget. A study of Iran/Contra will show this situation and Democrats and Republicans were both involved in that.
