I actually met Reagan in 1988. I hate to admit it but I was a member of The Young Republicans in those days. I have a photo of me and The Gipper somewhere.

I liked reagan.
I got to meet him in 1984 during his re-election campaign.
My dad took me to one of his campaign stops and we got to meet the gipper.
He really was a very nice old man.
But i will say that alzheimer's was starting in on him even back then.
