Kinda misleading depending on how you view it. Any process is (or should be) evaluated to make sure it is being performed the most effective way possible. Ever see New & Improved! on shampoo, detergent, toothpaste, frozen dinners, surgical procedures, medicine, tennis shoes, cars, etc...? Just think how many things have changed based on information of how it interacted with actual live humans.

If anyone has a problem with this, it should be with the torture itself. Not the evaluations of the process. This is just a new spin to keep the torture subject rolling and possibly sway more people to one side of the debate.

          I thought a spook was a spy.

I have been told that if you work for the CIA, you are a spook.
Just what I thought it was...
