1975 VH Cover Of David Bowie's "Jean Genie"

According to the VH Boots site, this is a stereo soundboard recording of a show on June 13, 1975 at the Pasadena Hilton. The sound quality is quite good for the era.

It was hunting for VH bootleg MP3's that led me to the DLR Army in the first place. This web site was a wonderful treasure trove for that kind of thing.

The quality of that boot is outstanding.
You really can't tell from what's coming from the computer though, which is a shame.

I have this boot. One of my faves. Dave's banter regarding the bands presence at the Hilton is priceless. Their version of R & R Hoochie Koo is phenomenal. Dave and Mike doin' this crazy "mamamamama yeah yeah yeah" thing. Brilliant!
