3 observations :

#1 - Chickenfoot has got to be the most retarded name ever for a rock band .

#2 - Ritchie Blackmore needs to give Satriani and Hagar a brutal beatdown . Despite Blackmore's Knight , he could still mop the floor up

with these two bozos on guitar any ol' day .

#3 - As much as I love Classic =VH= , and though he is a wonderful bassist , I have never ever been able to stomach Michael Anthony's

incessant and horrific attempts at high harmonies - especially live . It's no wonder they dumped his ass .

I forgot Joe did half a tour with Purple back around 95 after they kicked Blackmore out for the last time. The dude is a good player. He is in total control of the guitar. And has a great tone. I watched the dvd of these guys and thought the band was really great together. Chad Smith went up about ten notches on my favorite drummer list. He is funny as shit too. Mike sounds horrible on this singing that high shit !! Hager looks better the last year than he has in the past. I'll give him some prop's for still wanting too do it at 63. The fucker doesn't need the money !! The band would almost be perfect if Roth was up there.
