Valerie Bertinelli got married this afternoon (1/1/11)in Malibu ... TMZ has learned.

Valerie got engaged to Tom, a businessman, last May. They've been together for six years.

And this is sweet ... Valerie's ex-husband, Eddie Van Halen, was at the wedding.


Another site reported that Wolfie was also in attendance. No word on if Dave was there or not. Also no word on if Jenny Craig catered the event.
