I have that comic book myself. It goes into the replacement of Dave with Sam and kind of spins it in an upbeat way. They need to come out with an updated version showing Sam's demise and the band's triumphant return with Dave at the helm.

Um.. not to be a ass but I have more VH stuff than that with out even trying to collect it. Does anyone else have the big poster of Dave and Ed on stage in the early days ?? Ed is playing a yellow Les Paul. The poster is dated 1979 I think. Must be 4 or 5 feet wide by 3. Never seen another one. Must be a first tour shot.

It's the real cover. I just took the slipcase off.

I love the collection of buttons. Takes me back to the early 80's riding my bike to the mall & getting 1 or 2 new ones each Saturday. Ahh, that old black Members Only jacket. Good times.

I still have about 5 old buttons. Getting some rust on the back inside ring. 1 VH, 1 Def lepp, 1 Iron Maiden, 1 Ratt, 1 Crue.

Anyone remember the hats that had the two flaps in the back that covered your neck? Looked like something you would wear in the Arabian desert. All the rockers in the early 80's had one. For the life of me I can't remember the name of them or I'd start searching them on ebay.
