Nothing changes until we audit the Federal Reserve. Who ever came up with fractional reserve banking was a genius. You hijack the reputation of a government and then base funny money on that reputation. Loan out money derived from thin air get people and nations in debt and get real tangible assets in return. The perfect dupe.

In light of the "fiscal cliff" hysteria, this excellent testimony from a patriotic American could use another viewing.

FORD, I can appreciate everything Kucinich has to say, but the sad truth is no one cares anymore. It's all vitriol and which side can win over the other. Neither party represents the people anymore.

And that's why the voices of the people need to be heard loud and clear right now, so these fucking pieces of shit can be reminded of who they work for.

The corporations, of course.

Well, they may think so. But they took an oath that says otherwise. :mad:

"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been two hundred years.
These nations have progressed through this sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
from spiritual faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance;
from abundance to selfishness;
from selfishness to complacency;
from complaceny to apathy;
from apathy to dependence;
from dependency back again into bondage."
Sir Alex Fraser Tytler - (1742-1813) Lord Woodhouselee, Scottish jurist, professor and historian

Looks like we are at the early stage of dependence stage right now. They didn't outsource all the industry for nothing. They will just kill off what's left with taxes just like it says in the communist manifesto.

Actually, the outsourcing didn't start until the rich STOPPED paying taxes. The reason the US was so prosperous in the half century between the depression and the supply side Reganomics bullshit was because the rich got rich, but they didn't get TOO rich, because they didn't want to pay the taxes, so they invested the money instead, and grew their businesses. Which inevitably meant they hired more people. Who in turn spent more money, and bought more stuff which needed to be made, and more people needed to be hired for those jobs, and on and on it went.

It's economics 101. TRUE demand side economics. And it worked. And any mortal who denies this simple reality is deluding themselves.

Now just replace "Kucinich" with "Paul" and you'll understand why we all thought you were wasting your breath....

:gulp:

Until a group of people step up and actually put forth a VIABLE third party, including platform, standard bearer, and coalition, nothing will change.....

Maybe I was being too vague. I meant the people here don't give a shit - I know from my own experience.

I can admire FORD for voting for what he believes in and not voting against someone else, even if I don't agree with him.

You say nothing will change until someone else presents someone viable. Some of us don't believe in sitting on our hands and waiting for change to fall in our laps.

Too bad most of the country takes your point of view, if they pay attention at all.

And the guy who said that also believes that JC and I are brothers, and that black people got that way because they were too lazy to fight me.

So why would you take anything he says seriously?

What would instill The formation of new major political parties is how we elect our Pres. It needs to change.

Having only 2 major parties with the Pres and VP on the same ticket sets the election up more like a sporting event rather than an election.

So then you agree that we need to get rid of Shittizens United, Electro Fraud machines, media consolidation, and the DNC/RNC control of the debate process??

Those of us who actually watched the debates between Rocky Anderson, Jill Stein, Gary Johnson, and Virgil Goode got a much better picture of the REAL issues which should have been on the table, but were largely ignored in the so-called "debates" between Barry and Mittens.

And while Virgil was pretty much useless and way out there in John Bircher fantasy camp land, the real surprise of this debate is how many things that Gary Johnson agreed with Rocky and Jill on. You know... those candidates that people like Brian would brand as "commie socialists"??

Which isn't really surprising at all, because poll after poll on the issues proves that most Americans are actually LIBERAL in their views on the issues, regardless of what party they claim to support. Gary Johnson himself is only right wing when it comes to that ridiculous Ayn Rand economic bullshit which simply cannot and will not ever work in reality.

So yeah, let's take all the corporate dragonshit out of it. Let's get back to counting paper ballots, let's get all the corporate money out of the electoral process, and by law, restrict campaign season to 6 months. Campaigns begin on April 1 of election year (insert jokes here) Restructure the primary and caucus schedule so there are 10 primaries/caucuses each week beginning the first weekend in May... with caucuses being held on Saturday evening to ensure largest availability for anyone who wants to participate, and in primary states, voting allowed all day Saturday from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Nobody is declared the party nominee - officially or unofficially until the national convention. And no goddamn "superdelegates" either. Politiicians get one vote, just like everyone else.

Debates go back to being hosted by the non partisan League of Women Voters. They will choose the moderators, and no questions or cheat sheets will be given to candidates ahead of time.

How's that for a good start?
