              I'm not sure I understand your question but if you are asking why DLR did this, it is to provide insurance coverage in the event of a paternity suit.

                  Well, I've thought the insurance was in the case it (the sperm) could be break????? LOL ....as the legs or arms...

"Hey Ed, you follow through on that it will cost you ALL of your profits from the VH III album AND tour combined. Don't do it man. Perhaps warn Dave he should wear a cup or something."

                                              DLR is under-insured. One mil is not enough to cover a paternity suit. Maybe in 1978.
