Cool little guitar shop...been there for ages...always great gear & staff that ARE musicians....

Anywhoo....My College roommate & Co-guitarist extraordinaire Kevin "Musty Sabadash" and I are going up the stairs into Herbs...notice a plae skinny dude sitting on the porch smoking Reds..............

Give Musty a sideways look....get inside..."I think thats Chris Whitley..."



Get inside and the dude working confirms it for me....he's playing the Blind Pig that night......

Some of the coolest guitar shops I have ever been into were in an old house. There was one in Syracuse, New York where the dude had all vintage stuff. I thought the prices were high then, now they are crazy.
