That's the Dave Roth VH need back, dude - you just gotta think that for all their talent, the brothers might not have got outta Pasadena without him ...Had the brothers not met Roth, they would've ended up re-upholstering carseats in Van Nuys somewhere. And with their business sense and people skills, they'd most likely be doing it for $2 an hour.

The interviewer asks their opinion on disco and smaller venues taking over as the primary way people enjoy live music (v. stadiums) and Dave laughs and says, "Hey I can dance!"

Great find. I used to love when Dave and Alex did the press... I remember listening to another one from the Fair Warning era where the interviewer asks "Why do you and Alex always do the interviews, don't Ed and Mike have anything to say?" Dave's answer "Well, Alex and I are the largest members of the band physically, so WE decide who gets to do the interviews...." :lmao:

Funny that Dave refers to Anthony as 'The Bass Player' even that far back. Makes you wonder if the whole Wolfie situation really isn't that big of a deal to him. A bass player is just a bass player in Diamond Dave's eyes?

It's not that he's just the "bass player" it's that he has an unpronounceable last name... SoBeLewinski or what have you... it's the same way for "Coach K" at Duke... I mean seriously, how the fuck is anyone supposed to know how to pronounce "Krzyzewski" and end up with "ShuChefski" as the nut sacks on ESPN pronounce it?!?!?!
