I heard these interviews a while back from http://www.wolfgangsvault.com/ . Someone posted it on the Tube which makes it easy to post it here. Dave and Lisa were good friends, and they might have dated. They had a good rapport in these interviews. She is still in music journalism - Maybe she'll interview Dave in 2012.

Nice touch with the footage added to it. Whoever put it together knew what they were doing.

You can tell he's fuckin' roasted. Interviews like these are what you listen to when you're burning a bag of weed with your friends, and everyone laughs at the outrageous shit he says, which only enhances your buzz.

Classic Diamond Dave to the tilt.

As far as Lisa Robinson, he most likely boned her. I know I would've.

Is this the one where Dave says, "what have you" about sixty times? Yeah, I liked that interview. He clears up a lot of the supposed competitive hype B.S. there was between he and Ed.

Somewhere in this long clip, he paid a huge compliment to Ed's musicianship.

I don't remember "what have you" but this is the one where Dave used the word "grotesquely" in a sentence and Lisa said "what?"

There's no way on earth that Dave could have dated this woman...I just don't see it. She's a very serious interviewer that's for sure, a motherly type. Gee, I don't think me and Dave would get very far if I had to interview him. All I can imagine is us basically laughing to death and rolling on the floor for dear life holding our ribs and stomach...Ya know what they used to say when there's a fire...Stop, Drop, and Roll....ha,ha,ha. Dave's spirit is so unique, I just can't imagine him ever feeling lonely. He's way too stimulated. And he sure as hell stimulates me....A real gem, no a real diamond. I was a saprano all through school. I sang in all of the choirs and I'm still a saprano singing in my church with our mew contemporary emsamble. We're a mixture of age groups and musicians ranging from 8th. graders to 60 yr. olds. I can't wait to see Dave and the band live again. I grew up with Van Halen and any boyfriend that I had always had to take a backseat to Dave. All of the time....There's no match when it comes to Dave he's in a league of his own...It's his personality that I'm so in love with.....but I'll take him in a pair spandex all Dave and all nite....I want my Dave TV!!!!!!!!! I think this is different from the one I thought it was. The one I heard with her was from '82 I believe and he didn't sound quite as high flyin'.
