There are several of these ticket brokers that advertise at Amazon, ranging from the deceivingly named Ticketsmaster (No, NOT Ticketmaster) to the established types like StubHub. The Fan Tickets site you mentioned apparently has procurred and has tickets for shows that have not gone onsale anywhere else, which should send up a bit of a red flag.
As always when dealing with these outfits, buyer beware. If something comes along and sounds downright unbelievable, it more than likely is.
