My sister called, so I turned down my music. Just as I hung up, I hear some loud music getting closer. The SUV pulled up next to me at a red light, I look over, and its a hot Latino chick blaring "Stay Frosty". I smiled because I knew she had to have bought the CD. She's in her own world, rocking out. But then she notices me looking, and sees my boy in the back with his massive headhanging out the window. He's a 180 pound Harlequin Great Dane. A total chick magnet and heart melter. She turns down her radio, and says "awwwww, he's so cute!" So I replied "Thanks....and he's a Van Halen fan too", and cued up She's the Woman, and dialed it up to 10. We both shared a smile, and went on our ways.

And then all was right in the universe again.

I felt like a total giddy school boy, so excited to go home and tell my wife what happened.

Notice that it's impossible to obey the speed limit wile listening to most of ADKOT? Coming through Chinatown at 7:30 this morning slightly late, and "Chinatown"comes on a block before I hit the Manhattan Bridge. Light's green, hit the Bridge, light traffic. Car chase, speeding, weaving music. I might haveta stop listening to this album in the car.

I find myself having a hard time not slamming the gas pedal when "Stay Frosty" reaches 1:10 where the band kicks in ---- am I a weirdo ??

Speaking of listening to the CD with your dog - just out of curiousity, anybody's dog reacted to Russel's bark in "Honeybabysweetiedoll"?

My dogs liked the Beach Boys - Kokomo. But I think it was more because I changed the words to be about all types of cakes and would sing it when feeding them Dennys pancakes. And my boys nickname was Mandercakes.

Short cakes, and tall cakes.....ooooh I love'es all cakes

Square cakes, and round cakes......I'd even eat a pound-cake

Thin cakes, or fat cakes......any chance of getting a cat cake

Your cakes, or my cakes.....all I want is more cakes

That's why they call meeeeee............they call me mandercakes!

To him it's just 'normal style'. Do they call Chinese food Chinese food if you're in China? Isn't it just called food over there?

Man, that is a classic story (about driving with the dog). Seriously.

It is just proof that so many people are digging the shit out of ADKOT.

This is not the first thread I have seen where someone has mentioned pulling up to a stoplight next to some hot chick blasting the album out.

Right fucking on!
