Legendary VAN HALEN guitarist Eddie Van Halen conducted a rare interview with Esquire Magazine and it will be in the May 2012 issue on newsstands April 16th.

Esquire's one of those high-brow mags reserved for 'very important people.' You're thinking of Maxim - which would be cool, too. Esquire does seem to be a strange choice for EVH. Maybe we'll get some honest answers about his recovery and return to glory (although my money would be on vague non-answers and stories about how he originally started on drums and Al got better on the drums while he was out doing his paper route).

Yeah I hope it's an interesting interview ---- maybe Ed talks about how Spamborita McPussy-Nugget trashed him really good in his book of lies, and how the fat dickhole continues to trash VH in all his recent interviews.

I know the VH camp is taking the high road on that subject ---- but sometimes you gotta stick up for yourself and unleash the fury on your enemies.

I get this magazine in the mail... I wonder why I don't have it yet if it hits the newsstands today.
My daughter was doing a fundraiser for lacrosse so I had to take a handful of magazine subscriptions.
Their interviews can be pretty comprehensive.

Actually, I don't know that I really care all that much about a new interview with Ed. I think he's pretty much saying all he needs to say on the stage.
