This song and IT'S SHOWTIME fucking rule... ah man... I remember when the lead single came out.... I was so hyped for this album!!!!

Agreed.
And apparently Jason Becker turned up with the last two songs on the album already written, the music at least.
First time I heard "It's Showtime" on the radio, I actually thought Van HALEN got back together. Sadly, that wouldn't be the case for another 5 years.... and then only 2 songs before another LOOOOOOOOOONG wait. :(
Jason Becker plays better guitar with his eyeballs than John 5 ever will with his hands.....

He had a local artist paint this mural on the side of Little Mountain Sound Studios, but the city ordered it to be whitewashed because it drew too much attention to the area at that time.
There was a small color picture of it in Playboy magazine as well. This b&w photo is from an old newspaper clipping.
