I was driving through NO the election cycle after Katrina. In my hotel room the local ads were on and on the local news they were explaining the multiple vote system. Apparently each voter got two votes. WTF? Was one the more bizarre sytems I heard of. Great food, great people there but they have a long tradition of just bizarro gov't institutions there. -
The government here is straightening up and Louisiana is attracting business...
BTW, this is one of the predictions I got right...
