How can you stay in business?
I understand it's stressful operating your own business, but I can't understand why you would try to confront people that are paying to eat at your restaurant like that?
Reality TV is usally fixed. I think this is real. No?

I'm pretty certain that Ramsey's producers for both of his "reality" shows (Kitchen Nightmares, Hell's Kitchen) go out of their way to find the most screwed up people on the planet to exploit. A few years ago, there was one character on the competition show that was so mentally unbalanced and unstable he NEVER should have been placed within 60 yards of a sharp kitchen knife, yet this guy continued to remain on the show while other, far more capable folks were given their outright release.

I've since stopped viewing anything this guy throws at the screen, and feel pretty good about that.

The meltdown I read about. Was quite epic. Hope they lose all their money. But people will go just to be part of some hip trend now.

I quit watching after I saw him destroy his 1000th prime marbled & dry aged steak because the chef cut into it a couple minutes too soon. So he smashes it & throws it in the trash....while I'm sitting there with a can of Chef Boyardee or Mama Celeste pizza for 1. Couldn't take it any more.
