              I've had it done, but also know somebody aged 26 who had a chiropractor adjust his neck and sever his carotid artery, leaving him with a stroke. He has been dealing with this the rest of his life. You do the math.

              Oh dear.

                I once had a chiro tell me that if one ever tried to manipulate my neck to jump off the table and never look back. He also said if you needed more than 5 treatments there was somehing wrong...

                  My Dad used to crack his own neck & it grossed me out. No way I could ever do that. I used to crack my toes at the end of every day when I'd take my shoes off. They don't crack anymore so I don't even bother trying. Rarely crack my knuckles. Just when hands are cramping from a lot of writing or typing.
