Any advice/tips for bulking up and adding definition?
Does anyone here lift weights?

Bench press, military press, lat pulls, curls, & tricepts. Pick a weight that you can barely do 10-12 reps. Then do 3-sets of 8-12 reps adding 5-10lbs for each. Lift 3-4 times a week(every other day).
That's for upper body. Do same for legs.
Mix-up work out every couple of weeks to confuse your muscles doing lighter weight but more reps for definition.
Also doing negative reps where, for example, you would lower the weight slowly versus lifting it.

A healthy diet also does wonders. Lean meats and veggies. Why settle for something you have, if it's not as good as something you're out to get?

Diet is definitely important. I have a pretty good build now (6', 185lbs), but I'm looking to go bigger. From what I've been reading, I've been working out too often (every day) and doing an all over workout rather than focussing on specific areas with each workout.
One positive thing I've found is that the stronger my core gets the easier everything else becomes (because it helps balance). Doing situps/ crunches and other abdominal exercises is very important.
I think I'll also buy an EZ Curl bar after Xmas. My free-weight bar is OK, but I'll be able to do more tricep exercises with an EZ Curl. The Power Of The Riff Compels MeComment

Midlife crisis? I'm 32!
It's about keeping in shape. I have job where I'm at a desk all day. In the last three months, I've been exercising a lot and eating properly. You feel better, have more energy, and tone up. It's addictive though, and I'd like to get bigger. 15-20lbs of muscle mass would be good. The Power Of The Riff Compels MeComment
