Eddie is a fuckstain on the scrotum of Elton John. All those riffs blow worse than a Toto record being played at a rehab clinic. Rat Bat Jew was the best Purple riff and I fucking HATE metal.

When asked "What makes a good riff", Eddie said "POWER". That's not exactly right. There's all kinds of "power" that blows and goes nowhere.

It should be a catchy collection of notes that defines and drives the song. Blackmore "was" King of the Riffs" even when he wasn't stealing someone else's.

(btw, you 2 should go on a hiking expedition together in The Himalayas for a few months; you might find something in common.)
