Saw Sting play not too long ago in some small venue. The guy is in great physical shape and his voice is as good as it ever was.

Whatever he's doing the guy is ripped. He's doing a little more than just walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day. He was playing some old bass and was turned down and used other musicians to fill in. I liked it better when his bass was turned up in the mix but he seems to want to turn that down and bring the band as a unit forward. Not as exciting as seeing The Police in the good ol days but good musicians.
