I was given a fantastic video that was provided to the Roth Army from music video director Andrew Bennett. It appears from the opening title that it was filmed as a potential intro opening to Van Halen's 2007-2008 tour that eventually got scrapped. At least I never saw it played at the 3 shows I saw on that tour....

"I lived with EVH for a year, documenting his life and the band as Wolf joined in, and eventually DLR. Most of my days were spent either one on one with Ed or three days week of rehearsals with the three and no singer, playing every song in the book. I had documented Deftones and Katy Perry, met Ed through a producer named Glen Ballard, did some stuff with VH in 2004 with Sam, and then a few years later found myself sleeping on the couch at 5150. And the stories go on from there....
Feel free to post it, it's been out. DLR had called me up and said "I have a thing I want to do with flags and swords at the LA Forum, but we have to shoot it on 35mm film". Of course I said yes, and two days later we had a film crew at The Forum and Dave showed up with all of the gear. DLR is hands down one of the most interesting, and kind singers I have ever met. It was pure pleasure working with him. Although, I did a video for The Dresden Dolls where we homaged California Girls, luckily he liked it. "

I should be able to post it here and get it embedded, assuming Sesh or Von will turn the embedding back on for a minute.
Just let me know..... It's basically 2 minutes of Dave swinging his flag and sword stuff.....
